I am working with a growing Domiciliary Care provider in Corby. They are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join their team.
What’s on offer:
- £45,000-£50,000.
- 33 days annual leave.
- Flexible working/working from home.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- To have overall responsibility for the growth of the service, reporting to the Directors.
- To promote the service on social media and in the community to increase new client referrals.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with the bodies such as local authorities, ICB, CHC, etc.
- To provide regular reports on business development activities and progress.
- To support the development of the Registered Manager.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager/Care Business Development Manager.
- Must be working toward/achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
- Must have a UK Driving Licence.
