One of the most exciting and fastest growing companies in domiciliary care is on the lookout for a new Business Development Manager for their Berkshire office – located in Slough.
This company is among the most reputable in the sector and are renown for how well they look after their care team. You will be responsible for driving growth of privately funded clients in the area. This is a perfect role for someone with a positive outlook and who is a real go getter – you will have a high level of autonomy as well as the chance to earn great bonuses based on performance!
Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
- Market and promote the business within the territory through a variety of networking and other activities.
- Identify and grow local networks for referrals and seek opportunities for promotion such as the local press and local events.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Report regularly to Area Manager & Managing Director at meetings.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
- Very positive attitude that enjoys working towards set targets/ objectives
- Previous experience in a sales/ business development role preferable
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Previous experience working within care sector NOT essential
- Good overall knowledge of Slough/ Berkshire area
