Children’s Registered Manager
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager (or a Deputy Manager stepping up) with a proven track record of success to run a small private Children’s Home for this outstanding company. They are committed to quality excellence and have a great reputation for giving exceptional standards of care for Children. This is a great opportunity and does require a Leader with proven Ofsted experience.
Children’s Registered Manager responsibilities include:
- To ensure that the Home meets the high standards set out by the company and strive for outstanding with Ofsted.
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children making sure care standards are of the highest quality.
- Developing the team.
- Manages day to day operations within the home
- Potential to make some improvements to the home to produce an OFSTED report from ‘GOOD’ to ’OUTSTANDING’
Children’s Registered Manager skills include:
- A proven track record of successfully managing similar young person’s facilities.
- Strong staff management
- An ability to communicate effectively on all levels with internal and external bodies.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager
- Is an open-minded individual who has the ability to build trustworthy relationships with young people and staff.
- A strong familiarity in working towards Ofsted standards and outcomes.
Previously successful candidates have worked as a Registered Manager/ Deputy Manager within a Children’s Residential setting.
