I am working on behalf of a successful, established domiciliary care company in Albrighton, Wolverhampton that are seeking an individual experienced in complex care to run their exciting new division within the company!
The company are looking to expand their services and are now looking to grow their complex care packages. You would work closely with the senior team in looking to grow the packages and expand the complex care team within the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to really grow and develop their own division within a successful care business!
Key Responsibilities of the Complex Care Manager:
- Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the service
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of complex care clients
- Ensure service is Compliant with CQC regulations
- Ensure staff are trained effectively to deliver quality complex care
- Manage the provision of care for service users
- Effectively manage the team and ensure staff morale remains high
Complex Care Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience with complex care is essential
- Previous experience and ability to manage and grow a team
- Driven and ambitious who loves a challenge
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations
- A team player whose goal is to leverage good service
- Level 5 qualification or working towards
