I am proud to be working with a caring Domiciliary and Live-In Care provider in Banham, Norfolk. They are looking for an ambitious Deputy Manager to join their business, with the opportunity to progress into a Registered Manager position.
What’s on Offer:
- £28,000-£33,000.
- 33 days annual leave.
- On call is paid extra.

Deputy Manager Responsibilities:
- To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Director.
- To continually support and monitor the development of care workers.
- To support with maintaining the branch’s compliance.
- To continually work on marketing the service on social media.
- To attend and organise events in the community to promote recruitment and welcome client enquires.
- To support with the recruitment and onboarding process.
- To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
Deputy Manager Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager in Domiciliary/Live-In Care.
- Must have achieved a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or be actively working toward a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
- Must have a U.K. driving licence.
