We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Clinical Deputy Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical leader who thrives in a hands-on role, supporting both staff and residents while ensuring high clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the nursing and care team, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Monitor governance, clinical outcomes, and staff performance.
- Work both on the floor and in a supernumerary capacity, providing hands-on clinical leadership.
- Support with medication management, care planning, audits, and compliance.
- Ensure staff are working diligently and proactively, addressing complacency.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to the team.
- Rota management, ensuring adequate coverage and smooth operation.
Requirements:
- An active NMC PIN
- Experience as a Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, or Deputy Manager.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Decision-maker with confidence and autonomy.
- Experience with care planning systems (iCare, PCS, or similar).
- Ability to manage governance processes, documentation, and audits effectively.
