Looking for a Domiciliary Care Manager (Not Registered) within domiciliary care with a drive to provide quality care.
The company are a franchised organisation who have achieved “Outstanding” with CQC!
Key Responsibilities of a Domiciliary Care Manager:
- To manage the Carers, Care Coordinator, Field Care Supervisor and Administrator
- To market and advertise the business in the private sector
- Work closely with the Registered Manager
- Identify areas to grow the branch
- Remaining focused on quality and compliance
Domiciliary Care Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
- They can consider someone stepping up for this role
- People management skills
- Responsive
- Approachable
- Resilient
