I am working on behalf of a nationwide, reputable domiciliary care provider that requires an Operations Manager for their office based in Hillingdon.
The Company:
- Domiciliary care franchise
- Established for over 30 years
- Over 120 branches nationwide
- Specialising in elderly care
- Work with both local authorities and private clients
The role:
- Focus on growing the business within the private market
- To support and line manage the Registered Care Manager and office team
- To report in to the Directors
- Set and maintain a positive culture
- Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
Required competencies:
- Previous track record of growing a Domiciliary service – preferably within private market
- Experience within Domiciliary Care is essential
- Outgoing and proactive character
- Good longevity in roles
*You must have experience of management within Domiciliary Care to be considered for this role*
