I am working on behalf of a very domiciliary care and reablement organisation looking for an operations manager.
The Company:
- Cover 70% of the Essex area.
- Provide care in the community to predominantly elderly clients.
- Offer fantastic progression opportunities.

- Established for over a decade.
The Operations Manager role:
- To support the Registered Branch Managers
- To keep branch managers and staff motivated and to hit targets
- To report in to the major shareholder
- Working from home – rarely travelling
Required competencies from the Operations Manager:
- Multi-site management
- Has managed large volumes of care before
- Organisation
- Excellent knowledge of domiciliary care and/or reablement services
- Commercial awareness – a proven track record of growth
