My client is an organisation that have been providing care in the area for over 20 years!


Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:

  • To work alongside the other Care Manager who covers the Extra Care services     
  • To market and advertise the business in the private sector
  • Work closely with the local authorities
  • Heavily involved in the recruitment of the business
  • Internal audits

Registered Branch Manager Requirements:

  • Already has or working towards NVQ Level 5  
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
  • Can consider a Deputy Manager stepping up
  • Personable
  • A leader rather than a manager

  •  Well financially backed  
  •  Autonomy in the role
