Looking for an individual with a minimum of management experience in domiciliary care. This is for a franchise, their branch in the Basildon area.  

The company are a large, franchise outfit who specialise in domiciliary care. This is a new start up.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:

  • To recruit a team around you    
  • To be hands on where the business needs
  • Focus on compliance and quality within the service
  • Identify areas to grow the branch
  • Working closely with the local authorities

Registered Branch Manager Requirements:

  • Already has or working towards NVQ Level 5  
  • Previous experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
  • Ability to grow a service
  • Previous track record working with CQC
  • Positive and personable


  •  Work closely with the Directors  
  •  Huge potential to grow  
  •  Performance related bonuses
  •  Support from Head Office
