Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

  • To manage the Carers and office staff
  • To specialise in working with privately funded clients
  • Growing domiciliary care and live-in care packages
  • To maintain and improve on already high standards of work
  • Proactive approach with recruitment and retention

Registered Branch Manager Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 5 would be preferable  
  • Ideally a dementia specialist
  • Has gone through a CQC inspection with minimum of “Good”
  • Ability to grow a service
  • Previous track record working within domiciliary care/live-in care
