Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
- To manage the Carers and office staff
- To specialise in working with privately funded clients
- Growing domiciliary care and live-in care packages
- To maintain and improve on already high standards of work
- Proactive approach with recruitment and retention
Registered Branch Manager Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 would be preferable
- Ideally a dementia specialist
- Has gone through a CQC inspection with minimum of “Good”
- Ability to grow a service
- Previous track record working within domiciliary care/live-in care
