I am working with a Domiciliary Care franchisee, who is looking for a driven Registered Manager to run their branch in Nottingham. This franchise is well known and respected for their ongoing support from Head Office to all branch Managers across the company. The main focus for this branch is growth and the suitable candidate will be encouraged to grow the service, with the scope for future career progression.
The Role:
- To ensure the company name and service is always promoted, striving to continuously improve the service
- To identify new business development opportunities using your network and previous experience
- To create a work atmosphere that promotes a high quality of work life and maintain a culture of performance and excellence
Registered Manager Attributes:
- Proactive to drive the company in the right direction
- Keeps all members of staff engaged, informed and works well in a team
- Great communication and leadership abilities
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Must have a Domiciliary Care background.
- Must have a good knowledge of CQC regulations, having previously led 1 or more inspections.
- Must have experience of leading teams successfully
- Must have a proven track record of growing services
