am working on behalf of one of the country’s leading home care providers as they are looking for a Registered Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of their office based in Shirley, Solihull. They are rated “Good” with the CQC and have been established since 2010.
The Company:
- Deliver bespoke homecare in the area

- Offer personal care and assist with medication to mainly the elderly

The role:
- Working closely with the Operations Manager to grow the company
- Focusing on providing a premium service to the clients
- Line managing two of the office team
- Conducting new client assessments
- Ensuring the service is compliant with the Care Quality Commission
Required competencies:
- Previous Domiciliary Care experience is highly desirable
- Previous exposure to management is essential
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations
- Knowledge of West Midlands – desirable
