- £35,000-£45,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch.
- Ensure high standards of care, compliance and client safety.
- Develop business growth through referrals and professional networks.
- Provide respectful leadership to your team.
- Handle all client complaints and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards.
- Oversee the Access system to ensure full digital compliance and efficiency.
- Participate in on-call duties one weekend per month.
Registered Care Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience managing or deputising within a domiciliary care service.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
- Strong leadership, delegation and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care and supporting team development.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
