I am working on behalf of a small family ran Home Care Company based in Cardiff. They are on the lookout for a Registered Manager looking for full autonomy and drive to grow the business.
The Company:
- Home care provider in Cardiff
- Small business – Operating 600 hours of care per week with Local Authorities
The role:
- Work alongside the long-standing Deputy Manager using his business knowledge and your management knowledge to help grow the company.
- Manage Office staff and senior carers in the most efficient and compliant manner
- Maintain current care hours whilst growing the hours with either Local Authorities or Private clients.
Required competencies:
- Demonstrable track record of growing businesses, preferably healthcare sector
- Qualification in healthcare management
- Knowledge with CIW and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and integration skills.
- Can consider a Deputy Manager stepping up into the role
