We’re working with a well-established domiciliary care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for their Camberley branch. This provider operates four successful branches and offers the best of both worlds – a family feel with big-business support and resources.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

  • Overseeing the safe and effective delivery of 500 care hours per week
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC and internal quality standards
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting the office and care teams
  • Working closely with HR, compliance, and recruitment departments
  • Participating in a shared and paid on-call rota across all branches

Registered Manager Requirements:

  • Experience managing or supervising within domiciliary care
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Driver with access to a vehicle

Benefits:

  • Salary up to £40,000 plus performance-related bonus
  • 35-hour working week
  • 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
