I am working on behalf of a high quality, independent homecare provider who are seeking a Care Manger for their service in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. This is a small, family run provider who have operating close to one year in the sector.
They specialise in really high quality, premium homecare for private service users. It is a fantastic chance to join a growing company with a great reputation already and have a massive influence on the business moving forward! Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager
- Work closely with the Directors in managing the day to day running of the branch and delivery of care
- Ensure the service is compliant with CQC regulations
- Ensure clients are having the best experience possible
- Liaising with various stakeholders
- Manage and lead the dedicated care team
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Previous domiciliary care experience
- Management experience in the care sector – will also consider deputy level
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations
- Good communication skills and transparency
- Knowledge of the Kenilworth and Warwickshire area – desirable
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care
