Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities

Are you an experienced and compassionate leader looking to make a difference in care services?

We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee supported living operations across Cheshire, Oldham, and Stoke, supporting adults with learning disabilities.

You will need to travel to the office in Cheshire twice a week

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager

  • Take on the role of Registered Manager directing the day-to-day running of the service to ensure the provision of high quality, safe care and support in accordance with CQC standards;
  • Manage and support a team to deliver high-quality care services within supported living settings for adults with learning disabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee budgeting, staffing, and service development.

Registered Manager Requirements:

  • Management experience within the Health and Social Care, ideally in residential services;
  • Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards this;
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of the current CQC care standards in order to help ensure our service is Safe, Caring, Effective, Responsive and Well-led;
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care setting, ideally with expertise in supported living for adults with learning disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of health and social care regulations.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
