Domus have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Manager to join a fantastic Health and Social Care provider who provide support to vulnerable adults nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference to the quality of the support they provide at one of their residential provisions in Gloucester.

In this vital role, you will be leading a brilliant multi-disciplinary team who support adults with learning disabilities. They are looking for a dedicated individual with proven leadership skills who has a proven track record with leading on CQC inspections.

They are paying £30,000 – £35,000 for the successful candidate dependent on experience.

Role Responsibilities of a Registered Manager (Learning Disabilities/Autism)

•    Managing all aspects of running the supported living service including supervision of staff, rotas, care planning, quality assurance, training, budget management, finances and management of medication.
•    Ensuring adherence to all CQC fundamental standards.
•    Communicating effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
•    Training, developing and motivating staff through example and attention to good working practice.

Registered Manager Requirements:

•    Current or previous experience of working with CQC is essential.
•    Will be experienced as a manager within residential or supported living services for adults with a learning disability and/or autism.
•    Have experience of managing people, service and quality within the Learning Disabilities sector.
•    Experience in building relationships with the local authorities, external and housing associations.
•    Has excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on their own initiative.
