We are looking for a confident, experienced Registered Manager to take the lead at our established domiciliary care service in South Woodham Ferrers, delivering around 800 care hours per week. This is a well-staffed service with strong support systems already in place, offering flexibility and autonomy in your role.
We are seeking someone with excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and leadership within domiciliary care, who can bring stability, drive improvement, and embed a strong culture of quality.
Key Responsibilities of Registered Manager:
- Oversee the safe and effective running of the service
- Maintain full CQC compliance and promote continuous improvement
- Lead, motivate and develop office and care staff
- Liaise with HR, recruitment, and compliance teams to support service delivery
- Manage and contribute to the on-call rota
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in care
- Strong working knowledge of CQC frameworks, audits, and action planning
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Excellent people management, organisation, and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Benefits:
- Salary between £35,000–£45,000, depending on experience
