Training at Domus
1. Induction Phase
Your first week at Domus starts with a one week intensive classroom training course. Specific courses covered in this week will include Introduction to Sales, Introduction to the Recruitment 360 Process and Introduction to the Markets that Domus operate in.
This week is led by one or more of the company directors so you will immediately benefit from their expertise and knowledge while receiving an excellent grounding in the basics behind being a successful recruitment consultant.
2. Developmental Phase
You will be assigned a mentor, either one of our training consultants or a senior recruitment consultant. This mentor will guide you through the full 360 process demonstrating all the techniques you will undertake as a consultant on a one to one basis.
They will show you how to use our fantastic database of over 50,000 candidates and contacts as well as all the jobs boards we have access to! They will be your “go to” person for the multitude of questions you will have as you start to get grips with your role as a recruitment consultant and will provide support, encouragement and direction whenever needed! Your mentor will work with you over the next 6 months to help you through any challenging areas you may face.
3. Ongoing Support
