An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well established domiciliary care service in Dereham. This is the perfect opportunity for a confident operational leader with experience in managing large services, driving compliance and building high-performing teams.
The branch already has a loyal, knowledgeable and highly supportive team. What they need is an experienced leader who can provide clear direction, operational excellence and strong management to unlock the branch’s full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day to day operations of the domiciliary branch.
- Maintain exceptional CQC compliance and governance standards.
- Mobilise new care packages and contracts.
- Generate new private domiciliary care and live-in care opportunities.
- Provide leadership and support to the office team.
- Identify new markets, partnerships and growth opportunities.
- Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
About you:
- Experience managing busy, fast paced domiciliary services operating at high hours of care.
- Proven track record of achieving Good ratings with CQC.
- Experienced in mobilising new care packages, contracts and service expansions.
- Able to implement effective systems, processes and performance management frameworks.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritse effectively in a fast moving environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with staff, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
