We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a luxury retirement living community in Cheadle Hulme. A fantastic opportunity to shape the service, inspire your team, and make a lasting impact on residents’ lives.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the development, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales and Rentals Teams to promote occupancy and community engagement.
- Manage budgets and ensure financial processes are followed.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals.
- Promote wellbeing and independence through tailored support and activities.
- Managing and developing office and care staff, promoting stability and retention.
- Overseeing recruitment activity, particularly within a sponsorship-heavy workforce.
- Embedding strong leadership, culture and accountability across the branch.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth across private and NHS referral streams.
- Ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and improving governance processes.
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or Care Manager within domiciliary care.
- Desirable: experience within retirement living, extra care or domiciliary care settings.
- Proven experience in service turnaround, stabilisation or performance improvement.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle.
