Domus Recruitment are working with an Outstanding CQC-rated homecare provider to recruit a Deputy Manager for their established service in SW18.

The service is fully digital and has recently introduced AI successfully to support the day-to-day running of the business, so they are looking for someone who is digitally confident and comfortable embracing new technology.
What’s on offer:
- £32,000 – £38,000 salary, depending on experience
- £200 per week when completing on-call

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the service
- Ensure consistently high standards of care and service delivery
- Support the management and development of the care team
- Monitor care quality, compliance and staff performance
- Support with care planning, reviews, audits and quality assurance
- Assist with recruitment, induction and ongoing staff development
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, families and care professionals
- Support the service in maintaining its Outstanding CQC rating
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the service
- Participate in the on-call rota and provide support when required
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience within a Deputy Manager, Care Manager or senior care
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
- Experience supporting and developing a care team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of care delivery and quality standards
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
