An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join an established, privately funded domiciliary care provider in Solihull.
The service currently delivers around 800 care hours per week and has a strong support structure, including a Deputy Manager, Care Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee quality, compliance and day-to-day operations while supporting the continued growth of the business.
What’s on offer:
- £38,000 – £40,000 salary

Registered Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service.
- Maintain high standards of quality, compliance and safeguarding.
- Lead and support the existing care and office teams.
- Ensure care plans, audits and regulatory requirements are maintained.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and professionals.
- Support the growth and development of the service.
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a domiciliary care service.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality compliance.
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, or working towards this.
- Experience leading and developing care teams.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on and approachable management style.
- Willingness to participate in a emergency on call rota.
