Domus Recruitment have recently been commissioned by a family run organisation in the Hampshire area to find them brand-new Business Development Manager.
I am actively looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking manager who understands the day to day running of a home, has an eye for detail and can make strong improvements and connections within the care sector, alongside being responsible for the business development across 3 services.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:
- Responsible for bringing in new clients across 3 homes.
- Improving and maintaining high quality care provisions across the homes to improve overall reputation.
- Ensure a high-quality care provision through leadership, stewardship of resources, management reputation and effective governance.
- Liase with local hospitals and relevant stakeholders.
- Relationship build with both community and professional contracts.
- Understand CQC and has knowledge to make beneficial changes.
- Promote and maintain a high standard of residential care.
Registered Manager Requirements:
- A confident, self-sufficient senior manager.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working within a care home setting.
- Passionate for quality, building relationships and improving overall reputation.
