You will be responsible for driving the growth of the business through increasing client enquiries. This is a perfect role for someone with a positive outlook and who is a real go getter – you will have a high level of autonomy as well as the chance to earn great bonuses based on performance!
Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
- Market and promote the business within the territory through a variety of networking and other activities
- Identify and grow local networks for referrals and seek opportunities for promotion such as the local press and local events
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Social media engagement
Business Development Manager Requirements:
- Very positive attitude that enjoys working towards set targets/objectives
- Previous experience in a marketing/sales/business development role preferable
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Previous experience working within care sector NOT essential
- Good overall knowledge of West London area
- Strong communicator
