I am seeking a Care Home Manager based in the Derbyshire for a large residential care home with an extremely supportive team.
Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
- Overall day to day running of the Residential Home.
- Maintaining high standard of care for the residents and family members
- Maintaining and keeping occupancy high.
- To ensure the CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
- Maintaining a good relationship with the council.
- Promote a caring environment for residents and staff members.
Home Manager Requirements:
- Level 5 NVQ
- Clinical Knowledge
- Hands on with good communication and leadership skills
- Experience as a Home Manager 5 – 6 years.
- Good CQC portfolio with a clear understanding of the regulations
- Good time and Organisation management.
Benefits:
- Salary paying: £52K + £4.5K bonus + £3,000 if you get an ‘Outstanding’.
- Monday – Friday 9-5 40 Hours contract (Flexible)
