Domus are working with an award winning provider of care looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and hands-on Registered Home Manager to lead a team and work with the Operations team to guide the home back to a Good CQC rating.
The home supports 9 adults with Learning disabilities & Autism.
As Manager, you will:
- Lead, recruit, and develop a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with CQC and Health & Social Care standards.
- Oversee financial performance, occupancy, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
- Promote a person-centred culture, enabling residents to achieve their goals and dreams.
Skills and Attributes:
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Caring and compassionate nature with high integrity
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and able to inspire others
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable Qualifications:
- RNLD or RMN with active NMC registration
- Experience managing a successful care home
- Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support, Learning Disabilities, or Nursing
- Previous or current CQC registration
