An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Manager, Deputy Manager or Care Coordinator to join a growing private homecare provider in Maidenhead.
You’ll be joining a well staffed service with an experienced Operations Manager who is committed to giving you the support and resources needed to succeed.
What’s on offer:
- £35,000-£40,000 per annum.
- £150 monthly car allowance.
- £60 payment for each weekend on-call.
- 28 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day for each year of service.

Care Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day management of a growing domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, person-centred care.
- Oversee and support the Care Coordinator, including checking rotas to ensure effective care delivery.
- Complete new client assessments, reviews and care plans.
- Conduct staff supervisions, providing ongoing support, guidance and feedback.
- Complete regular quality assurance checks and maintain strong standards of CQC compliance.
- Complete and review risk assessments to ensure care is delivered safely.
- Support the continued growth and development of the service.
Care Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Care Coordinator or Deputy Manager within a domiciliary care setting.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and quality assurance.
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
- Strong organisational and people management skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
