An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nurse Manager to join an established community care provider in a senior leadership role overseeing the delivery of elderly and complex care services in clients’ own homes.
This role would suit a clinically strong nurse with management experience who is looking for the autonomy to lead, backed by strong senior support.
The service supports adults living with dementia, spinal injuries, acquired brain injuries, Parkinson’s and multiple sclerosis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the clinical and operational delivery of care packages for elderly clients and individuals with complex needs in their own homes.
- Leading and supporting a team of Care Managers and wider clinical support staff.
- Completing client assessments and reviewing care plans.
- Supporting clinical governance, compliance and quality assurance.
- Conducting competency assessments and supervising clinical staff.
- Building strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
- Supporting service growth and maintaining high standards of care delivery.
Essential Requirements:
- Must hold an active NMC PIN.
- Must have management experience within community care, residential care or hospital setting.
- Must be confident making autonomous clinical decisions.
- Must have strong understanding of CQC compliance and governance.
- Must hold a UK driving licence.
