I am working on behalf of the UK’s leading Domiciliary Care provider; the company is based in Welling as they look to bolster their office team. This is a Deputy Manager role to assist the Registered Manager in running the branch and ensuring they maintain their “Outstanding” quality.

- Have 103 care staff and 95 clients across Greenwich & Bexley
- Provide Live-in Care, Dementia & End of Life care as well as Domiciliary Care
The role:
- To assist the Registered Manager in running the branch
- Managing office team
- Ensuring care provided is in line with CQC regulations
- Creating person-centred care plans
- Assist with growing the business
Required competencies:
- Previous experience in care sector is essential
- Experience of managing teams is desirable
- Believe in person-centred care in line with the companies’ values
- Outgoing, bubbly personality
- Able to work in fast paced environment
