Deputy Care Manager – Domiciliary Care

This role will NOT require you to take registration with CQC. It is a Deputy Care Manager role.


The company are a very well known with the council and have been established for over 5 years.

Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Care Manager:

  • To manage the Supervisors, Coordinators and Carers   
  • To work closely with the Registered Manager
  • Focus on compliance and quality within the service
  • Proactive approach with recruitment and retention
  • To bring creative new ideas to the service

Deputy Care Manager Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Domiciliary care experience is essential
  • Shows an excellent understanding of CQC rules and regulations
  • Proactive and positive
