The Requirements of a Deputy Director of Operations:
- Experience working in within the care sector at a senior level
- Regional Management experience
- Comfortable working with high fee rates
- Clear understanding of the company’s values and what the service expectations are
- Understanding the customer’s journey
- Real passion for quality
- Strong commercial acumen
- Working with the elderly/dementia
Key responsibilities of the Deputy Director of Operations:
- You will be working across a number of services including health care, domiciliary care and supported living
- Drive the private business
- Champion change and improvement
- Building relationships with the local authorities, Commissioners, stake holders
- Working closely with the senior managers and other Deputy Director of Operations in the North
