I’m working with a multi award winning, leading Home Care service that are looking for an ambitious Deputy Care Manager to join their team. Deputy Manager Responsibilities:
- To work hand in hand with the Registered Manager of a Domiciliary Care service.
- To have overall responsibility for a team 20 care staff.
- To continually work on raising brand awareness.
- To lead on the recruitment of new care staff.
- To manage the development, training and retention of care staff.
- To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
Deputy Manager Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year Deputy Manager experience within Home Care.
- Must be willing to work toward/have achieved a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
- Must have a UK Driving Licence.
