Key Responsibilities of a Domiciliary Care Manager:
- To manage the Carers and office staff
- To grow the business with local authorities, privately funded clients, CCGs and direct payment
- To maintain consistent recruitment
- Remaining focused on quality and compliance to strive for “Outstanding”
Domiciliary Care Manager Requirements:
- A person who genuinely cares about high quality care
- Already has NVQ Level 5
- You must have previous experience as a manager within care
- Responsive
- Attention to detail
