Looking for a Registered Branch Manager within domiciliary care with a drive to provide quality care.
The company are an independent organisation who have been established for three years. They have grown from strength to strength and now have over 3000 hours of care per week.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:
- To manage 10 members of the office staff and Carers
- To identify areas to improve customer service and quality within the business
- Work with local authorities, CCGs and privately funded clients
- Take responsibility of registering with CQC
Registered Branch Manager Requirements:
- Already has or working towards NVQ Level 5
- Experience as a Registered Manager
- Have been registered while doing a CQC inspection – Minimum “Good”
- Warm, bubbly and positive attitude
- Attention to detail
