Interim Nursing Home Manager

Domus Recruitment are working with a client in Blackpool, that are looking for an Interim Nursing Home Manager on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate would need to be immediately available, with a quick start needed.

DBS update service essential, along with being an RGN/RMN, with an active PIN. You must also have strong home management experience within Senior Living/Nursing Homes.

Key Responsibilities of an Interim Nursing Home Manager:

  • Managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals
  • Ensuring the provision of high-quality care
  • Overseeing the care staff
  • Lead by example to further develop the reputation of the home

Interim Nursing Home Manager Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Home Manager
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
  • NMC registered with an active PIN
  • A track record of ‘Good’ CQC ratings or history of improving CQC ratings in previous roles
  • DBS on the update service
