This is a Registered Manager role, reporting directly into the Operations Manager. You will be overseeing the care team, offering a premium service and ensuring CQC compliance.
The company have an exceptional reputation, with clients predominantly across Surrey, Berkshire & Hampshire. They have 35 Live-in Care clients currently.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Manager:
- To line manage the office team of 3
- Oversee the care provision of 35 clients
- Ensure the service is meeting CQC regulations
- Work closely and strategically with the Operations Manager
- Uphold the company values
- Hold the team to account
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Experience of working within the care sector: Live-in, Residential or Domiciliary Care
- Track record of working to CQC regulations
- Good standard of spoken and written English
- Experience of managing staff
- Professional
