There is an excellent opportunity for the successful applicants to join a cohesive team of microbiologists, infection control nurses, antibiotic pharmacists and laboratory staff to provide the full range of clinical, microbiology and infection prevention and control services.
Main duties:
- Maintenance of high-quality patient centered care
- Shared responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service and participation in strategic planning
- Active involvement in multidisciplinary team meetings and directorate clinical governance
- All applicants must be on the General Medical Councils Specialist Register in Microbiology or Microbiology and Infectious diseases at the time of interview.
The contract starts Asap – 27th October initially with possibility of extension. Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00. Remote working is an option (may need to go on site for a day or so to get set up).
