Key Responsibilities:
Face to face meetings, home visits, telephone triage as per the requirements. Candidates should be flexible to support the requirements and cover other surgery as when required.
The Team: Well supportive team headed by experienced Partners, Practice nurses, ANP’s available to assist in day to day work.
Rota pattern:
Monday – Friday : AM session and PM session.
one session is consisting of 4 hour of work 9am – 13.00 & 14.00- 18.00
AM session : 15 F2F appointments, 2 Telephone triage, 1 possible home visit. Rest of the time is shared admin between the GPs’.
PM Session : 15 F2F appointments, 2 Telephone triage, 1 possible home visit. Rest of the time is shared admin between the GPs’
As a GP, ANP you can choose which shifts you can cover as client is happy to split the shifts for consistency of the service.
