Nursing Home Manager position in the Eastbourne area. The role is to manage a 64 bedded home specialising in nursing, residential and dementia
Key Responsibilities of Nursing Home Manager:
- Manage day to day running of all aspects of the home including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.
- Recognise and assess individual needs involving relevant professional agencies and relatives where needed, in order to formulate personalised care plans for each individual
- Managing budgets
- Maintain ‘Good’ CQC rating.
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
Operations Manager Requirements:
- Registered Nurse
- Previous successful Nursing home management and supervisory experience.
- Clinical skills
- Experience achieving a ‘Good’ CQC rating.
- Ability to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance.
- Excellent communication.
