I am seeking a Nursing Home Manager to manage an 30 bedded Nursing Home.
Nursing home experience is essential!
Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
- Overall running of the Nursing home
- Managing budgets
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
- Experience leading within a Nursing Home setting either as a strong Deputy or Nursing Home Manager
- Experience working with the Elderly
- Managing budgets
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals in regards to care
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
