I am seeking a nursing Home Manager to manage a Small to medium sized Nursing Home; a Nurse qualification is essential.
Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
- Overall running of the care home and improving capacity.
- Management of staff, Liaising with the council and NHS
- Managing budgets and focusing on recruitment. Trying to market for more local residents.
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
Nursing Care Home Manager Requirements:
- Experience leading a Nursing Home Manager.
- Nursing qualification.
- Experience working with the Elderly.
- Good Clinical Knowledge
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
