I am seeking a nursing Home Manager to manage a medium sized Nursing Home; a Nurse qualification is preferable. But not essential.
Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
- Overall running of the care home
- Growing a challenging behaviour Department
- Managing budgets
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
Nursing Care Home Manager Requirements:
- Longevity in previous roles
- Experience leading a Nursing Home Manager for at least 3 years.
- Nursing would be Preferable but not essential.
- Experience working with the Elderly.
- Managing budgets
- Experience in a turnaround of CQC
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
