I am seeking a Home Manager based in Bedfordshire for a large Nursing home with clinical experience (Ideally an active pin)
Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
- Overall day to day running of the Nursing Home.
- Maintaining high standard of care for the residents and family members
- Maintaining and keeping occupancy high, agency low and looking after compliance.
- Maintaining ‘Good’ CQC and wants to strive towards an ‘Outstanding’.
- To ensure the CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
Home Manager Requirements:
- Clinical Knowledge – ideally an active pin
- Demonstrated longevity.
- Experience in high end luxury providers.
- Commercially driven.
- Good time and Organisation management.
- Perviosuly worked within Large Nursing Homes
Benefits:
- Salary paying: £80,000 – £85,000 depending on experience.
