We’re currently supporting a small sized Nursing Home, seeking a new Nursing Home Manager. The Home is ‘Good’ in all areas with CQC and running on high occupancy levels.

Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
- Overall running of the home; including budgets, staff management, quality and compliance.
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
- Building Relationships and Communication with residents, relatives and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with CQC and the local authority.
- Building and maintaining high occupancy.
- Maintaining minimal agency usage.
Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
- Management experience in Care Homes is essential.
- Nurse qualifications and or experience running nursing homes essential.
- Experience working with the Elderly and or Dementia residents.
- Ambitious and motivated individual.
- Strong leadership.
- Good track record with CQC.
- Computer literacy.
