We’re currently supporting a provider who are seeking an experienced Home Manager (Pin not required) to support their Home. The Home has a fantastic reputation, however, will require some improvements!
The Home has high occupancy, little to no agency use with some turnaround elements.

Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
- Overall running of the home; including budgets, staff management, quality and compliance.
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
- Building Relationships and Communication with residents, relatives and external stakeholders.
- Improving quality and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with CQC and the local authority.
- Building and maintaining high occupancy.
- Maintaining minimal agency usage.
Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
- Management experience in Care Homes is essential.
- Turn around / crisis management experience is preferred.
- Experience working with the Elderly and or Dementia residents.
- Ambitious and motivated individual.
- Strong leadership.
- Good track record with CQC.
- Computer literacy.
Benefits:
- Salary between £50,000 – £55,000
- £6000 bonus scheme annually.
