I am working on behalf of a fantastic, highly reputable, Domiciliary Care company that requires an Operations Manager to oversee their 3 branches around Newcastle & North Yorkshire.
The Company:
- National Domiciliary Care provider
- Franchise setup
- 230+ offices
- “Outstanding” rated branch
- Extensive senior management and office teams
- 3 branches in the North-East
The role:
- To support the 3 registered branch managers in running their branches
- To work closely with senior management and ensure efficiency
- To keep branch managers and staff motivated and to hit targets
- To report in to the Managing Director
- To ensure the governance, quality & compliance of the service
- Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
Required competencies:
- Experience working at senior level
- Multi-site/director level experience
- Care experience – preferable
- Driven and motivational leader
