I am working on behalf of a fantastic, highly reputable, Domiciliary Care company that requires an Operations Manager to oversee their 3 branches around Newcastle & North Yorkshire.  


The Company:

  • National Domiciliary Care provider
  • Franchise setup
  • 230+ offices
  • “Outstanding” rated branch
  • Extensive senior management and office teams
  • 3 branches in the North-East


The role:

  • To support the 3 registered branch managers in running their branches
  • To work closely with senior management and ensure efficiency
  • To keep branch managers and staff motivated and to hit targets  
  • To report in to the Managing Director
  • To ensure the governance, quality & compliance of the service
  • Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth


Required competencies:

  • Experience working at senior level
  • Multi-site/director level experience
  • Care experience – preferable
  • Driven and motivational leader
